all digital games asking if i own the game

need advice on why my games wont work. i have talked to xbox customer support since 4/9 to figure out why the licenses for my digitally purchased games are not sticking to the gamertag they were purchased under. i have been given numerous excuses like my
account was split, its a problem with the games developers. ive contact all developers and they all stated pretty much the same thing that its not on there end and that i would have to contact xbox since i purchased the games in xbox store. i also have been
given trouble shooting steps daily same step everyday on ways to try to fix my issue. none have worked. i have been talk to rudely and been disrespect more in the last 13 days than i have my entire life and all i want is my games i purchased with my hard earned
money to work and if they can not be fixed just give me a refund so i can purchase hard copies of the discs.

Can any body tell me why my console keeps asking if I own a particular game even though the disc is in the damn drive??!!

I am having the same problem. I have a digital download from Microsoft. paid $59.95 at the store. now it asks me if I own the game and it has the price of $39.99. can Microsoft let me play my game and refund me 20 bucks??? and help is not available and
my internet is working per this message. this is a continual problem playing my farming simulator and it is too cold to go outside and my wife died a few months ago so I can't chase her around the house... chas

 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the games. Have you tried holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the issue?

 

Yes I've tried that along with every other possible thing you can do except repurchase the games.

 

Sorry to hear it. If the licenses for the purchases are not staying with the gamertag that purchased them then that suggests a billing issue which only phone support can deal with. I would recommend contacting them again to see if you can get this escalated.

 

I did and they escalated it 2 days ago. Was just hoping someone had run into this issue so i wouldnt have to wait more than i have to.

 

Sorry but from the point of escalation it is in the hands of support. I hope everything gets sorted for you.
