All controllers still reconnecting

I have 3 controllers for xbox one.

Problem:

Start xbox controller wonnt connect.

After few minutes controller connect and work.

After few minutes controller disconnect and blinking...

Then shut down or work for few minutes.

All 3 controllers do the same.

When i restore console to default, all works ok for few days. Then do the same.

I tried all in:

Odd problem with primary gamer tag

Have you tried reconnecting it while on the Gamertag in question? support.xbox.com/.../connecting-game-controllers

 

My wireless controller won't open up for some odd reason. The batteries are fresh and it won't work.

I resolved the issue by turning off console, unplugging it for 30seconds, plugging it back in, turning on console, and reconnecting controllers.

 

The only thing I can think of is if your controllers are updated to the latest firmware? I believe this should have happened automatically when you've connected the USB cable, but see the following link to make sure they are:

yes all are upgraded, via usb works all great
