    All controllers have stopped working


    I have 4 controllers on my Xbox One, and all four have stopped working. They work using USB.

    Pressing the sync button on controller and xbox causes the light on xbox to flash faster, then it flashes slower, then stops flashing, it stays on. With the light solid none of the buttons work then it starts flashing again!

    Heres what i tried

    1. Replaced batteries

    2. Checked for updates on controller and

    Xbox

    3. Tried to resync

    4. Disabled all WiFi devices near my xbox

    5. Hard boot xbox by holding power button until it turns off

    Help!

    Can You Get Banned for Modded Controllers?

    That would hinder all other controllers too, being counterproductive, For excample the Gamestop controller would have stopped working because its not licenced.

    All controllers have stopped working

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    If that doesn't help the wireless for the controller may have failed. You might try contacting support for a possible repair. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Tried that, didnt work. Controllers still wont connect. It is all four controllers, is it a controller issue? Feels more like the xbox?

    Hello David Lozzi if you are still having the problem. Have you tried them on another console see if they connect, also how do you have
    the console plugged in? Example into wall, power strip, ext. cord if not the wall please try and plug directly into the wall then try the controllers. If its in wall and all these have failed it could be the console you could set up a call here Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Tried that, didnt work. Controllers still wont connect. It is all four controllers, is it a controller issue? Feels more like the xbox?

    Hello David Lozzi if you are still having the problem. Have you tried them on another console see if they connect, also how do you have

    Im having an issue where the chat pad won't connect to the elite controller. Works fine on all other controllers. I had it working for a second i pushed it in and it worked but, it stopped again. Mic works fine on the controller same adapter style.

    All updates where done.
