    All Cloud Save Data Gone


    I have a PC Game pass and have played many games, currently playing Doom Dark Ages, I recently noticed my progress on my game was lost. I logged into xbox.com and looked under "manage games" it says "you don't have any save data, go play some games. Where did all my save data go? Is there another way to recover?

    Hello there,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Have you reformatted the Hard drive or removed it. As most saves are not saved to the cloud on the Xbox 360 it is all saved on the internal hard drive. If for some reason you cleared it then yes all that data is gone. You
    can enable cloud save in the storage.

    Does uninstall game delete saved game progress?

    It does delete the save data. I just uninstalled a game and the save file for it is gone. I don't know if the cloud copy of the file is gone as well.

    know I have cloud saves as I switch between PC and Xbox. All gone now.

    unless you have game saves in cloud storage (need to be a gold memeber for that ) there is no way to recover any data from the hard drive

    once its formatted all the information is gone
