    bingo cards

    My bingo cards are enlarged (full screen). If I play more than one card I have to scroll up and down?

    Video Card(s) That Will Up-Convert To 1080P

    Basically any card will upconvert. If you set your display resolution to 1080p, anything you play full screen is scaled to 1080p.

    Frame Rates & Freezing

    I'm not getting a full-out freeze where I have to turn my Xbox off, but I am getting freezes where it the screen is completely frozen for a few seconds. I tried clearing my cache, turning theatre recording off, nothing works. It wasn't like this last time
    I played which was 2 days ago.

    Never received my rewards!

    It's not possible to redeem Xbox rewards credits for digital cards. That's a Microsoft Rewards thing. The only way to contact their support is by email. So if you've been using phone or chat support, you have not spoken to Microsoft Rewards support. On the
    page where you redeemed the cards, you would scroll all the way to the bottom and click the contact support link.
