    All but one of my Xbox 360 profiles have disappeared. Help please.


    Recently I turned on my 360 and found that all but one of my profiles have disappeared. I had five profiles, only one of which I used for Xbox live and that is the only one still working. Curiously, when I go to storage, the same amount of storage is being
    used, despite the missing profiles so I assume the data is still there and I just can't view or access it. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting, but nothing is working. This issue happened with my Xbox once before, but for the life of me, no one in
    the house can remember what was done to fix it. I believe it had something to do with a system update. If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

    Tenure not showing on Xbox One but is on Xbox 360...

    I am having the same problem today. My tenure has disappeared from my Xbox One profile, but it displays correctly on my Xbox 360.

    I've tried deleting and re-adding my profile, resetting Xbox One & checked my privacy settings.

    Microsoft Support please help!

    Xbox 360 MLG Gamerpic disappeared

    Hello,

    Back on Xbox 360 I purchased an MLG Gamerpic pack and have been using one of the gamerpic of this pack until recently when I visited my profile on my Xbox One console and Xbox Live suddenly decided to replace my gamerpic with another one
    without my approval.

    I tried to change it back but all the pics I had purchased have disappeared.

    I would like to get them back please, otherwise I would like a refund for the purchase I made.

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    when I try to download my Profile to my Xbox 360, I get an error that I can not download it right now. The error Code is 801540A9.

    But this error does not disappear, so I am not able to use my savegames, achievement, the Xbox live gold or all the games I bought online.

    So please, Xbox support team, is there any solution to fix this?

    I tried to clear Xbox cache and all that stuff, but it did not help. I think there is some problem with my account...
