All but 5 of my Minecraft Bedrock worlds (I had about 150) were wiped and I can't retrieve...

U should try turning off the beta version hopefully that will help

Unfortunatly they do warn to backup worlds before joining beta..you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game to attempt to pull your information from the cloud. Or try the Minecraft help center https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us to
see if they have any troubleshooting options for you.

Since it seems you're part of a beta version, bugs are common and things like this could happen. Sorry to hear this happened to you. You can report the bug.

My gamerscore and achievements were wiped out. I called customer service and all I had to do was delete my profile and retrieve it back. Everything was back to normal.

Regarding to your information I assume that you have some problems in Minecraft when you linked your Microsoft account to your ps4.

For the world you created before, you can follow these steps to try to transfer the world.

To transfer existing worlds from Minecraft: PS4 Edition to Minecraft:

1. In Minecraft (Bedrock Version), select the Sync Old Worlds button at the bottom of the worlds list in the Play menu. This finds any worlds on the device from the Minecraft: PS4 Edition and displays them below the button.
   
2. Select any of the worlds that are displayed to convert it to the Bedrock edition.
   
3. After conversion, the world will show up above the Sync Old Worlds button, along with the rest of your Bedrock worlds.
   

(Note that worlds that were created on PS3 can no longer be transferred to PS4.)

For the skin you can try to follow these steps and try to sync them.

Characters that were edited and accessorized by using the Dressing Room will sync with your account when you launch Minecraft on another device. For more info about uploading custom skins into your game, see:

Note Some purchased content may not be available on all device
