    All bought games are gone


    My account was stolen from me for 3 days finally today recovery recovered it but when I logged in all the bought games are gone except 2 which was weird. And 2 games I have on disc there DLC content was still there to so I contacted Xbox support and they
    couldn't do anything bc my account order history isn't even there because recovery team gave me a different email than the one that was originally there. So they directed me to Xbox insider forums have no clue how this is supposed to help me.

    Game captures are all gone

    I've had a very tough time with xbox, first of all I loose my old account and for some reason its got a totally new email, password link to it when I was trying to log into it, then I go and create a new one which is still to this day my current xbox live
    account, so i'm frequently posting screenshots and clips which go back ages, but now i've came online they're all gone. Every single capture is gone. Do they automatically delete? I used to have clips going 180+ days ago and now they seem to all be deleted?
    Any help or answer?.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with the games not showing up on the console. Let's have you try to Power Cycle the console and see if that helps first.

    Are you using the same epic account also. When a player starts fortnite they required to create an epic account. If you are signed in with a different epic account then you will see nothing, due to it all tied to a different epic account. If you are on same
    you can go to
    epic games support     one you go there select fortnite a pop up will show fill in all the required information.

    Due to all the skins, dances and that are tied to the epic account you will need to go thru them.

    The first game I have bought on the Internet is gone. There are no emails or posts to inform me in advance. Kind of disappointed at Microsoft. Maybe I should backup all purchased games on other platforms.
