All achievements are gone

Discus and support All achievements are gone in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Like the title says, after the update, under my achievements menu, all it says is "get your game on".     All achievements are gone


    Like the title says, after the update, under my achievements menu, all it says is "get your game on". I've tried erasing the GT and installing it again, unplugging the console, i tried my GT on another console and the same thing appears, they do show up
    on my smartglass app, and they do show on a browser, and my x360, since it happened on another xone i assume it has nothing to do with my connection or my console, i did call support but they just sent me here

    All 360 Achievements are gone

    this happened to me this morning, delete ur profile from HDD and only profile. then u want to recover ur gamertag. i have all mine back now. good luck All achievements are gone :)

    All one's achievements are gone.

    Yup. It's a glitch that's been happening for years. If you check the games, they'll still show you've earned the achievements, the gamerscore is just not adding up. Just give it some time and it'll show back up.

    If I check the games on console or web, app.. are blocked all the achievements of One, only of 360 I have earned.

    The only other thing you can do is post here
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     and ask the enforcement team if you have been reset.

    Your post won't appear straight away & they may pm you with an answer so keep checking your pm's.
