All achievements and games deleted when upgrading from 360 to xbox one

When I upgraded my console I did all the steps you should. I used the email address I always used. Only now my name is changed, my XBOX-live is gone, all games are gone and they are even deleted in my billing history! Not to mention my achievements. Plus
your support really sucks.

360 Achievements on Xbox One when Profile on 360 is wiped

After learning that all of my 360 games are playable on my Xbox One, I have decided to depart with my Xbox 360. I have deleted all of the saved games and kept a few games that are still on my 360's hard drive. But now I have reached the scariest, but most
essential part of departing with my 360: deleting my profile. The question is: what happens to my 360 achievements if I decide to my delete my profile and everything else in it? I have moved all of my hard-copy games to my Xbox One, but I am worried that some
of the hard earned achievements I have will be lost if I choose that option. I don't care about the achievements from my 360's hard drive games. But what happens to 360 achievements on Xbox One when the Profile and its achievements are wiped from the 360?

The offer was 30,000 for upgrading from a 360 to xbox one and 50,000 for upgrading from a xbox one to xbox one s.

Have you tried going
HERE to locate what the actual email of the account is? You may have set up the account with one email, and changed it to a different primary account that receives emails. That second email is not what you would use to sign in. Try this out and let me know
if you find the error.

What I still don't understand is, why I can't see Fifa 16 in my account...

 

I see it in your recently played games on Xbox 360. Don't forget that FIFA is not backwards compatible so if you wish to play on both consoles, you will need two separate versions of the game.
