    All achievements across all games are frozen for me


    Hey all. So I first noticed this problem playing Ghost Recon Wildlands going for the Serious Collector achievement to collect 50 percent of the documents. It has been stuck on 97% despite collecting over the required amount of documents. This problem persists
    across all the other achievements and all my other games. Tried playing a brand new game to see if the problem was just Wildlands, downloaded Clicker Heroes, I KNOW I unlocked some achievements for that but nothing has unlocked or progressed. I've tried the
    suggestions on the following sites:

    with no results. Please help me out, as Reddit, and Xbox Live Services haven't been able to help. Thanks

    It would be nice if someone from Microsoft looked at this thread and fixed the problem!

    same here everything is now sitting at 0%. I only noticed as ive been regularly checking to see if the last 2 achievements i had on spiderman were still stuck at 100% and not unlocking. So far the xbox one achievement system seems to be a mess... guess its
    back to the 360 until this has been resolved.

    All achievements across all games are frozen for me

    So with no help from the community on here or Reddit, I've discovered that resetting the Xbox while selecting "keep everything" will fix this problem.

    Yup, same here. I was playing D4 and noticed I wasn't getting the achievements I earned and all the ones i was close to getting were reset to zero. This makes me beyond angry, and I really hope they bring back offline achievements because this always online
    nonsense for earning achievements has become a problem and I have only had the X1 since oct 28.
