    Yep, Shadow of Mordor same thing today for me. Achievement completed yesterday (collectibles, so I know it's complete as the game shows 42/42 and other collectible achievements unlocked fine days ago), achievement didn't show as complete or pop up, today
    all locked achievements show 0% progress whereas they were 80% or more yesterday :-(. This after a problem with the app earlier where nothing would load. Hopefully they get this figured out soon.

    I agree with Soul Reaper. The 360 never had problems with achievements.

    I've just noticed this on dragon age inquisition. I'm about 43% through the game, but on game hub it says I'm only 12%, and when I checked my achievements, all progress has reset to zero. Am so *** right now.

    This same thing happened to me today. Half of my games are at 0% when they weren't before and I can't seem to make any progress on them.

    This has happened to me as well. Lost all my tracking progress for Forza Horizon 2 - when I checked the achievement app thoroughly, the progress on all locked achievements is now showing as 0%

    The unlocked ones are still unlocked, I didn't lose any completed ones, just the incomplete ones all reset and upon testing it, I now find that they are not gaining progress when I work at one.
