All accounts on Xbox disappeared, is there any way to get them back?

All the accounts on my Xbox disappeared/ they aren't showing up, I reconnected to the wifi, and they still didn't show up, my games and everything are still there, just all of my accounts have been removed, is there any way to get them back?

Hello Rilema, I don't know what happened to your console for the accounts to disappear, but this usually happens when you do a console reset.

When you do a procedure like this, you have to know the e-mails and passwords of all the accounts you had on the console.

Unless you had the saves backed up somewhere, there is no way to recover them. If you played online, the saves from the cloud should automatically resync as soon as you start the game.
