All accounts effected by ban that is no longer in effect??

So my account recently received a 2-week comms ban. I have no issue with that, but now when I try to sign in, I am consistently bombarded with the message saying Live features maybe limited due to a suspension. Now when I look on the enforcement page for
my profile, there is no active suspension.

I've waited over a week thinking it might take a while for the ban lifting to take effect but with no success. I even created a new Live account with and paid $30 for a 3-month Gold subscription, and even that account is receiving the notice.

I would like some more insight on what is happening with my profile and why it's effecting the brand new account I just paid for, please.

Communication BAN "Ghost Ban" My Suspension for Communications has been up. Yet I'm still MUTED

The XBLEPT has been adding 3 months to communications suspensions. All accounts will be effected as a way to stop people from bypassing the ban.

 

Disconnection Issue

Nothing will be affected to your account, it is a normal solutions that is given quite commonly. So long as you follow the guide, exactly, nothing will be effected.

 

There are 2 types of suspensions:

1. account level- no matter what console the account is signed into they cant use the privileges that were taken away. These will show up on enforcement teams website because you have to sign in with the profile that the privileges were taken away for. and
these are eligible for case reviews

2. console level- no matter what profile is signed into the console can not use the privileges that were taken away. These will not show up on the enforcement teams website and are not eligible for a case review.

so if you have lost privileges for no matter which profile you sign into then it sounds like you have a console suspension. you can contact xbox support at support.xbox.com/contact-us and they can look up your information and it will show them in their system
any enforcement actions that have ever been on the account including console level since your profile has been on that console. and when they should be up. That would be the only way to tell when a console level ban will be up.
