All access program actually active for buyers?

Actually, the standard edition buyers will also have access to specializations, all they have to do is play Halo 4 on XBL till the 20th of this month.

Assuming that the game in question is a digital download, then buyer will not have access to the game if you have downloaded it, as it is then tied to Your account and a buyer would need to have access to Your live account, something that is definently NOT
adviseble and if I'm not mistaken allso against the T.O.S and/or C.O.C

If the game is disc-based then you can freely pass on the gam to the buyer minus any activated DLC codes.. but I belive that most bundeled games on the Xbox One is Digital Download.. (if not all)

No, no, no, no ,no IssacClarkeSNL. Limited Edition buyers get ACCESS to all specializations right away. This means that if someone quickly progresses through the first 50 ranks, they'll be able to choose any specialization they want. HOWEVER, they will still
have to progress through the 10 specialization levels in order to achieve the armor mod.

Standard edition buyers will get access to the rest of them when 343i decides to roll them out. Apparently when the community reaches certain "milestones". Might be similar to the rank cap Bungie put on Reach.

Just to clarify, these new abilities aren't unlocked until the 10th and final level of each specialization. We haven't heard anything about how long it actually takes to get there yet, so it's not like LE buyers will be using these things right out of the
gate.

Actually, the parent account can remove any of the child account from the program and those accounts will not lose the gold service. They are attached to that account.

So, your existing gold will be credited to the price of the program. While part of the "group" all sub accounts will be treated as child accounts and have limited access. They can leave the program (and still retain the remainder of their gold service)
and will then be able to access the service as they did before.
