The Xbox should have come with GamesPass subscription but hasn't.

It should have been part of the All Access subscription.

Hello Andrew_371, on your Xbox One, sign in to your console with the same account that purchased your Game Pass subscription and put it as the primary on your console so it can be shared on your console.

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

Do either of the following to change the status of your console:

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

To remove this console as your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox and then Remove this as my home Xbox.
