    All 4 App not playing shows


    Hi when i log into my account on the all 4 tv app it dosnt work.

    It works on my pc, my phone, but just not my xbox. I clicked the show i want to watch and it goes straight back to the home screen.

    i have held down on the power button, deleted the app but still nothing.

    Button missing that shows Mixer, Community, My Games and Apps and Store

    I had the new dashboard. Underneath the large box that shows the last game/app you used there used to be another box with those 4 items in, now all it shows is my games and apps. I hope that makes more sense

    Disney+ App Error Code 39

    Thank you everyone who replied and suggested help. I finally got an answer from Disney+ Tech support and their answer is as follows:

    1) Delete the app

    2) Hard Power Cycle your system

    3) Re-download the App

    4) After logging into the App first launch Disney+ original shows (if no errors load other shows)

    After all this all shows have started to work with no errors to report.

    on the dashboard, go to 'Games & Apps', select Battlefield 4 and push the menu button (where start was on 360) and select show all add-ons.

    make sure you download all of them.
