All 4 (4oD) Can't Download All 4 On A Different Account & Achievements Not Working (XBox One)

Hello

I would like to ask two favors in regards to the All 4 App on the XBox One console, known as 4oD until 2015 when it changed it's name to All 4?

First Question

Now I had a recent update that was needed for the App, so I decided to accept it. It has changed the menu, the features, the pins, the terms and conditions and some other additions. Now I actually decided to exit the App and delete it from the console, thinking
this was an error or a fault when I got the message about the Terms & Conditions towards the App.

I then went into the Store on the XBox One console and I tried to re-download the App from here. It states to me "You Own This Product" and it also says "Owned". However I've got my brothers who are on different XBox One consoles
and they told me, which I checked on their consoles that even though the App does appear on the Store, they instead get the message "This item is not currently available", even though it says "Free" beforehand. So has this App got removed from the Store or
something? And if so would this be temporary or permament?

With me however I am able to re-download it from the "Ready To Install" section, but my brothers are not able to get the App as they never downloaded it at all in the past.

Second Question



My second question is that this App supported achievements and it had 10 of them that the user could get. All of them we're 0G Gamerscore. Before the update I've obtained 9 of the 10 achievements, the last one that required me to use the App for a total
of 44 Hours & 44 Minutes. According to the Achievement Progression I've done 93% towards the achievement. Now since I've accepted the update when I press the XBox One Guide button on the controller and look at Achievements, instead of showing me my achievement
progression for the App it now says "Launch a game to see achievements".

With this in mind my question is has this new update disabled the ability to get the achievements on the App? I've still been watching shows on the App with the newest update applied, but my final achievement is still on 93% progression. I would dislike
to think I've progressed a fair distance on this related App, but not able to get this final achievement for a completion.

Please could anyone help me out with my questions and look into this matter whenever possible please?

Not all content working in (4oD) 4 on Demand - Xbox One

I have a gold account (active) and I can watch some content already including, '8 out of 10 cats' but yet when I select 'Rules of Engagement' it does not work.

I am unsure how to uninstall the app.

I did not sign into my 4oD account upon starting the application, (when the app first starts, it asks for you to sign in using a 4oD account) how do I sign in now?

whats the point off zero point achievements

i use alot of the tv apps on xbox one but was is the point of the achievements apart from people knowing you watch 4od for 4 hours?

 

I'm having the same issue saying "This item is not currently available" ☹️
