    Alienware Startup Problems


    The keyboard lights turn on every time I turn on or boot up my laptop (Alienware 17 R2), but the screen stays black, and I hear 5 very loud beep sounds coming from the small speaker every time I turn the laptop on. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this problem?
