You need call the Alienware Support and report this problem because this problem is more Alienware Command Center App, they need implement this support in the Alienware App

as long as it shows in the game you're fine.

It's a confirmed problem on Battlelog. Your claymore kills are not showing up, but they are being tracked. They said they would fix it (some time ago *grumble, grumble*). Keep on getting those claymore kills, when they do get around to fixing it, it will
be there.

Yes, I also have this problem. I have zero kills on the Battlelog website, but on
this website says I have six kills.
