Alienware Command Center not detecting games from Xbox App

I have downloaded multiple games from the Xbox (beta) app and none are detected by Alienware Command Center. Steam games and Minecraft Java Edition both work. Is there a file somewhere so I can manually add them, another method for getting these games
in Alienware Command Center, or another program for customizing fans that is
compatible?

You need call the Alienware Support and report this problem because this problem is more Alienware Command Center App, they need implement this support in the Alienware App

Alright, in the meantime, is there another program that does work for customizing fan speeds for individual programs, or a place where the games are stored on my computer?

Got it working again after looking at problem log notice AWCC.exe (Alienware Command Command) was crashing it, reinstalling it and updated Windows drivers that fixed it.

There is the ASTRO Command Center app for Xbox, here, that might be helpful for looking at the settings? I'm not
sure if it will pick up the A10s since those connect to the controllers and not via USB, but might be worth checking out.

And this is a new purchase? Is there an option to exchange the item to see if it's a matter of a defective headset?
