Alien Isolation.......

Great game.

Nice big game too. Still playing my way through on Hard.

What's up with those Androids. Why do they have to be so mean?

Subtle use of Kinect is absolutely brilliant giving the XBox ONE version the most immersive experience of all platforms. Leaning forwards to peep over crates, leaning to the side to peep around. So perfectly done.

Kinect audio sensor was great too... until my wife brought me a cup of tea... and then all the Androids wanted one too.

The most dangerous things in the game are people... though when they kill you it is somewhat darkly satisfying that the last thing you see as you expire is teh Alien eating their face.

 

@Lofty, Aliens would be awesome! If the rumours are true I can see a 6 player co-op going in to help the colonists.....

 

No, please god no with the Co-dependent... "co-op". I would love nothing nothing more then a deep, dark, horror, story driven Single Player for Aliens. I'm fine with killing a bug here and there (or a dozen or whatever) and the
mechanics and AI of Alien Isolation along with a survival horror limited ammo type Game fit this perfect.

I still want the Game that A:CM failed so hard at. Without spoilers the mechanics in Alien Isolation already would work perfect for it. And this is without any lame need for co-op that would only take away. It has Isolation in
the name.

So please, please, please no "Alien with friends" garbage. And no more LV426, it was so stupid in A:CM because it is a flawed story at its core.

 

Yea I agree with the no co-op thing for the same reasons. just wouldnt be the same or have the same tension factor.

 

This wouldn't be nearly as good with co-op. These types of games need to stay singleplayer only. I see the appeal for co-op once in a while but it amazes me that some people can't or won't play a game unless it has coop. It must be a younger generation thing
