    Hi there!

    You get achievements for completing each mission and the game for any difficulty, so the difficulty is up to you.

    You get more gamerscore for completing it on a higher setting though.

    (Good luck, that game scared me big time!) Alien Isolation :D

    The game scares me for sure! I have been playing on medium but wasn't sure if ill be able to take all the tension on medium. Plus I am not that great at stealth games. Do you happen to know what the scaling is for the GS on the achievement? Thanks!

    Completing the game on any difficulty is 50 Gamerscore, Each mission is worth 10G, and completing the game on the hardest difficulty is 100G. Alien Isolation :)
