Alien Isolation Survivor DLC wont work

Just downloaded the new survivor DLC.

Problem is it doesn't show in the game..

It shows as installed in my games and apps but it's not appearing in the game

Alien Isolation DLC Pricing Error?

The newest DLC for Alien Isolation (called Last Survivor) that was released this week is currently listed as $7.99 on the Marketplace. On both the Playstation Store and Steam it costs $3.99. Is this a pricing mistake on Xbox or is it really supposed to cost
twice as much as everywhere else?

 

I have the same issue. I went through Xbox live chat customer service and went through a long process

of trying to fix the problem per their instructions. Took about an hour and it did NOT resolve the issue. I was instructed to contact Xbox live chat if the problem still exists. Well the problem is still there so I guess I better get ready for another hour
of Microsoft guessing on how to fix the problem. One thing that kind of makes me wonder,

The Xbox One is the NEXT generation console so why can't Microsoft log into our Xbox One console remotely and fix the technical problem from their end. How about Xbox live support chat on the actual console without having to call, email or chat to get things
running. I am soooooooo frustrated.......

 

Are you with the xbox preview program?

I'm trying to work out if the problem effects everyone or just people in the preview program.

Also I saw a post on twitter. Creative Assembly who developed the game say they are aware of the issue and trying to get it fixed but other than that not much info is out there about the problem.

If you are in the preview program then can you post in the preview forums about the issue and possibly use the feedback app to make a report.

If you are not in the preview program then I have a bad feeling it could take a couple of weeks to fix as patches usually have to go through a lengthy certification process before being released.
