Alien Isolation install stops

Hi,

I purchased the Alien Isolation Collection (digital edition) in the recent sale, however it continually stops install when it's only downloaded 495.47mb (it gives error message 0x87e0000f).

I have tried deleting, reinstall, hard resets, everything, over the last 18 hours. It just stops at 495.47mb and doesn't do anything else.

It's very frustrating. Anyone know how to fix this?

It gets to 2% and then stops.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your game installed. I could totally understand any distress or concern dealing with this issue. I would suggest that you try the steps in our

Error & Status Code Search if you haven't done so already. If your network is set up with an open NAT type and everything, you might also try a soft reset of the console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Once you have verified that your network is set up adequately and you know all the sign in information for your gamertags, follow the steps here on
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox Oneand select the option denoted reset
and keep your games & apps.

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

Are you using a wired ethernet cable to connect to your network hardware, or WiFi (wireless)?

You may be getting signal interference.
