Alien DLC not working on my copy of MKXL

Hey there Mango,

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with the DLC. Go ahead and Try these simple steps.

• Remove account from Xbox One
• Physically Power Cycle Xbox One
• Add account to Xbox One (follow the first link)

The first link will show you how to remove the account and how to add it, The second link will show you how to power cycle the console once you have removed the account. Once the console restarts you will Add the account back on the console by entering your
login credentials

Once you have done this, go ahead and give it another try and let us know of any changes.

Since we're talking about DLC, you may want to go to My Games & Apps > Highlight MKXL > Hit "Menu" on your controller > Manage Game. Check if you have the DLC's listed there. You may want to select each of them and see if they are installed. You'd need be
connected to the internet to make sure you're able to download all your DLC.

As throw back I'm going tekken 3... but if I have to pick a recent title it's gotta be MKXL
