Alien Anthology Blu Ray would not play

Discus and support Alien Anthology Blu Ray would not play in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; A red screen came up telling me I need to make a update so I could play the movie but after unchecking BD-Live from settings and than turning it back...     Alien Anthology Blu Ray would not play


    A red screen came up telling me I need to make a update so I could play the movie but after unchecking BD-Live from settings and than turning it back it worked. I just want to make sure there is nothing wrong with the Xbox One and my Alien Anthology Blu-Ray.

    DVD playback quality is still atrocious.

    No I would expect a blu ray player to play DVDs as good as a standalone DVD player. Blu Ray players don't magically improve DVDs. The problem would appear to be that the One blu Ray player doesn't perform well when playing DVDs in comparison to other
    Blu Ray players.

    Anyone? Also issue with Alien 3 chapters 20-23 freezing up not good Microsoft.

    Also, if purchased in Canada, you would only be able to to play region A or region free Blu-rays.

    The UK region is B for Blu-rays, however lots of sites do sell region free Blu-rays in the UK.

    Well the xbox one include 3D blu ray

    @dude, I think they say that cause your not allowed to comment about future hardware the other person may have not known and said it out. but lets all ask our selfs this...a blu-ray player plays blu-rays regular or 3D why would Xbox one will be to only Blu-ray
    player on the planet that plays regular blu-ray? regular blu-ray and 3D blu-rays use the same disc fame format just written diffrently on the disc but both can be picked up by the same laser, yes yes, and yes It plays 3D movies and games :)
