    Hi,

    I can't seem to start "Alice: Madness Returns" as it always states I would be too early and I should check the release date in the store.

    Which was Dec 13th, 2011 by the way.

    Everything is up to date and I have no idea what else to try, any ideas?

    American McGee's Alice Complaint

    It's listed as an add-on for Alice: Madness Returns and not a separate game.

    Also, everything in the marketplace does state that there are no refunds.

    Alice: Madness Returns is not available for download in the marketplace. If you're referring to the original Alice then it is available as a game add-on to Madness Returns which is why it doesn't show up as a separate game. You need Madness Returns in order
    to play it.

    I love all the FFXIII covers. Go figure. AC4, Tomb Raider and Alice Madness Returns are awesome too. :)

    I bought an Xbox 360 game digital a while ago, it shows that I own it in the XBox store but it won't install

    That's an add-on for another game. It requires the game Alice: Madness Returns in order to be able to play it.
