    Alias problem on Xbox One


    Hello, i've recently acquired an Xbox One. As i'm setting up my account, i've added a new alias on my xbox, and made it the main account, then, deleted the old one, but now the old account seems to be completely deleted, as i try to login on skype and outlook.
    What do i have to do to recover my old account?

    microsoft account info help

    I added an additional alias to my microsoft account and changed it to the primary alias to the new email. It still has my old primary alias on the xbox one settings. Is there a way to get it to show the new primary alias.

    I think now i understand the problem of toxxicity.

    You have set a mail adress of your provider as primary mail adress whith which one you are logging in at your Xbox or at xbox.com. Right?

    The mail adress is the primary alias of the microsoft account and can be changed at

    account.live.com     .

    You can create there a new alias adress and set it as your primary alias.

    With this new primary alias you are able to log on at the Xbox One, xbox.com or other services of Microsoft.
