الجهاز لا يعمل. [ Translation - The device is not working. ]

قمت بتحديث الجهاز لآخر تحديث قبل كم يوم وحصلت مشكله فالجهاز حيث بعد اكتمال التحديث لا اسطيع تسجيل الدخول بأي حساب ولا العب ولا استعمال التطبيقات فقط الإعدادات ,ولا يمكن وصل الجهاز بالواي فاي فقط بالسلك ومع ذلك لا يعمل ارجو الإفادة .

مشكلة عليه وباجتهاد خاطئ مني ارسلت الجهاز الى محل قريب مني وقام بفتح الجهاز ولم يستطع حل المشكلة بالرغم ان الجهاز لازال تحت الضمان ولم اذهب لمحل الصيانة الا بعد عجزي عن بحثي لمحل xbox رسمي ولم اكن اعلم بطريقة ارسال الجهاز اليكم ولكن بعد معرفتي ارسلت الجهاز

واخبرت الموظف بالهاتف بفتح الجهاز

واخبرني بالغاء الضمان فطلبت تصليحه ولو على حسابي الخاص

فطلب مشورة رئيسه بامكانية التصليح ورد لي بالقبول

الاتصال والتحقق من ذلك ، قمت على اثره بارسال الجهاز الى الصيانة

فتح الجهاز خارج الضمان والى هنا الامر مقبول لكن ان يتم العبث وارجاع الجهاز

وفيه ضربات من الجانبين وعدم ارجاع تركيبه بالشكل الصحيح فهنا الامر الغير مقبول

وللعلم الجهاز لازال يعمل ولكن عند البدء باللعب يطفئ الجهاز بسبب الحرارة وهذه

المشكلة لم أكن أعاني منها الا بعد استلام الجهاز منكم ، سأقوم بارفاق الصور لديكم

واتمنى حل يرضيني والا سأقوم بالاتصال بالجهات المعنية حتى أحفظ حقوقي ويزال عني

power cycle the console.

• Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable

للأسف قمت بالخطوات المعطاه لكن بلا فائده بعد ما اشتغل الجهاز اكمل التحقق من التحديث من73% وبعد اكتمال التحميل لم يعمل الجهاز.
