and then see if you can launch them.

Liguei o xbox direto na parede (estava ligado em uma extensão elétrica de seis tomadas ) e fiz um factory reset. Reinstalei os jogos mas continuou com os mesmos problemas. Não faço parte do Xbox Insider Program.

Thank you for the update. I'm sorry to hear the issue is still going on. Do you have any other profiles to try loading any of these games up or is yours the only account on the home Xbox? To see if it is a profile data issue I recommend trying another account
or making a new one for testing purposes. If the games load on a new account, then the save data is corrupted causing the game to crash when trying to load it and you may need to delete the saved data for those games and start over. Besides that the only other
option would be to send in the console for a repair or you would need to replace it with another one. You can also do a full factory reset erasing everything from the console.

Try out a new or secondary account and let us know if it does the same thing.

P.S : fiz o download dos jogos Apex Legends, Shadow of Tomb Raider e Just Cause 4, e nenhum deles funcionou apropriadamente (congelamentos e travamentos para a dashboard).
