    I was in trouble. I bought an Xbox One but check on the spot was not possible, the seller offered me to check the ID of the console in my live account that the console has no problems with the console was not a problem it was added to the list of my devices.
    I bought it, but connecting it to the Internet console was blocked in live. There's no more contact with the seller. Why Microsoft allows you to add locked consoles to other accounts without notifying the account owner that the console he added is locked.
    I was tricked. I don't know what to do now. I'm asking Microsoft to help me unlock my Xbox. And I want them to ban the addition of blocked devices to new accounts that will save many people from cheating. Please help me.

    Checking the console id with your account has no bearing if it is banned or not

    You have to check enforcement.xbox.com

    The best check would.be signin on the console with yoir account this doesnt mean it wouldnt be banned in thr future but current bans would show

    Adding yoir console id to your devices is only for warramty purposes not for online signup

    If I was you, I'd buy an Xbox One from an official website to stay safe. Most Xbox's are sold from sellers that you cannot trust. In this case, your console is banned and you cannot unban it.

    Unfortunately that's the risk when purchasing used consoles. You need to go after the seller for selling you a product that was not advertised as a banned console.

    Information on console bans and that they are not reversible has been available for years.

    As for what else can be done - If you haven't done so yet, you can post your feedback about not allowing banned devices to be added to a person's account, or a notice to show up when adding a device, by posting to the feedback section

    we already answered you in the other thread.If it's a console ban it is permanent and it was locked for a severe violation of the terms of services.
