    Hi, in short I bought a Gold live to used Internet Explorer, but my Xbox doesn't recognize my account in Gold live. I tried everything, to remove account and put it back to reset my Xbox. I went to the site to see my account and it's in gold live but not
    in my console. Then I checked the test to Xbox live, all is good but not the service alert, (shop Xbox OK, account OK, matchmaking OK, not the service but I'm still connected to Xbox live) . I checked on the site the Live's status everything is OK. But not
    on my Xbox 360. PLS help.

    It used to be a free trial/membership back in 2010 with the 360. It doesn't exist anymore.
