    Bonjour donc voil mon problème est le suivant dès que je lance un jeu il y a une alerte qui s'ouvre en me disant que les services ne fonctionnent pas bien etcétéra me ferme le jeu sauf sur pubg. Le plus intriguant c'est que sur le site tout les services
    roulent et mes amis peuvent jouer ... voila merci m'aiguiller

    trouble connecting to xbox live and alerts

    I cant connect to xbox live and when I test connection it says service: service alert xbox stores: service alert

    Let's have you try temporarily
    removing your profile     (please ensure you remember your account login information before doing this),

    power cycling     your Xbox One console and router/modem, and then signing back into your profile.

    Did that help? What do you see when you try to play an online multiplayer game over Xbox Live or install a Games with Gold game?

    It may be best for you to opt to be notified when the service alert has ended.

    If there is a service alert going on, the only way you can "fix" such a service alert is by applying for a job at Microsoft's Xbox Live department, and joining the engineers fixing the alert, as these alerts only show up if there is an issue with the Xbox
    Live service that is caused by some issue on Microsoft's end.

    If you don't work at Microsoft as a Xbox Live engineer, the only thing you can do is to wait until the engineers have fixed it for you.
