alerta de servico e codigo erro 8C150009 [service alert and error code 8C150009]

Boa noite.

Estou com um problema, quando vou entrar em conta para o meu cartão de crédito não abre e aparece o código de erro 8C15009 não sei qual é o erro porque não há suporte de erro da xbox live não tem esse codigo e, quando
eu faco o teste de Conectar ao vivo tudo aparece normal assim o servico da xbox ao vivo aparece uma exclamacao escrita alerta de servico como resolvo isso.

Aguardo resposta por favor viva viva e nao consigo atualizar meu cartao

Please, visit our website and check to make sure there are no past due balance(s) under
Services &subscriptions.Make
sure the card and billing information is up to date as well or if it still provides an error message.

I would recommend trying to remove and re-add your account.



Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and sorry to hear the issue is still being persistent.

Usually this error will occur saying "Unfortunately, there is a problem with the Xbox service. Please try it later. Status code: 8C150009" (Error occurs on an Xbox 360)

When its says this it is because of two reasons usually.

1. Xbox Live service issue

2. Network issue.

Sometimes it can also be an update issue, but it is usually one of the two above.

Check out this link for network troubleshooting steps:

Make sure there is a steady network source or test another network connection (Wired/ Wireless/ Hotspot)

Also it is possible, but not likely there could be an issue with the Xbox 360
network adapter failing. (If you own an adapter piece please change it and see if that fixes the issue. )

the problem is this is out of the ordinary.. usually there is a problem and it can always be resolved.

However this time even after contacting support and even after support promising to get back to you three different times and they have had senior people look at the problem you must admit they just really can not solve this error code.

If there is still an issue with connecting, then I recommend to Change your wireless mode.

If a router is configured to transmit in “mixed” mode, it will continuously scan for wireless devices and then broadcast a signal that is compatible with the
slowest device on the network. For example, if a device with an
“A” networking adapter is present on the network, an “N” router transmitting in mixed mode will broadcast a much slower
“A” signal to accommodate that device.

In highly populated areas where many wireless devices are present, your router may continually alter its wireless signal in order to maintain compatibility with every device it detects. This can cause connection or performance issues if your router reconfigures
itself frequently.

Note Setting your router to broadcast only in a specific mode can prevent some devices with slower networking adapters from connecting to your network.

Once you have configured your router to broadcast in “G only” mode, test your Xbox Live connection:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, select
   System Settings, then select Network Settings.
2. Select the name of your Wireless Network.
3. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.

If you are unsure how to change these settings on your router/modem, then please contact your Internet Service Provider.
