    Hey again HappyG v2!

    Hmm that's odd. The Service Alert shouldn't be a problem as the only Service Alert currently active is the matchmaking issue which should not cause issues when connecting to Xbox Live.

    When you're signing in, could you tell me what error message are you seeing?

    Hello... Im receiving and alert on my console when I log into my xbox live profile.. When its done connecting... Its a service Alert from the xbox store.... Please help I dont know what it is!!

    Generally server outages for specific games are announced on the Publisher/Developer side of things unless it's a Microsoft title. Definitely appreciate the feedback though! I suggest keeping an eye out on their Twitter page for any announcements on server
    issues.

    Hi Akanaria,

    Thanks for updating us with your replies. Seems like you've tried a whole load of troubleshooting so far. Does this happen with your profile if you try to play Warframe from a different console or on a different connection, or only your console on your current
    connection? If you're able to access Warframe on a different connection (different IP) then this may mean that the DE may have IP banned you, which usually lasts about a week.

    You may want to look a bit further into this over at the Warframe Forums or the Warframe threads over on reddit. Seems like other Tenno have had the same or similar experiences and may be able to offer you further assistance or fixes in relation to this.

    Having issues with Xbox Live on Xbox 360

    How are you connected? Is it wired connection to the 360 or wireless? And if wireless is it an adapter or is it a model with it built in?

    Also, sorry for all the questions, but where does the service alert pop up? Is it present for you when you sign into the
    Xbox status page?
    The console is wireless built-in. The service alert appears when testing the connection with Xbox live service in the networks settings. The service alert does not, however, appear when I sign in on the Xbox status page that you linked to.
