All of the services show that they are normal right now on the service status page.

Have you unplugged your router and modem for about 5 minutes and then trying the same steps again? If you have tried everything suggested on this thread and you still have a service alert message on your network page then you will more than likely need to
replace the Xbox 360 or upgrade to the Xbox One.
