Alert of banned console when its not banned

I was looking into upgrading to the x*box one x, but have decided against it for now and not sure I will at all now, I am so beyond disappointed on how Microsoft feels it is okay to treat their members as if they do not matter. I have been banned for two
weeks several times simply because kids report me because my team beat theirs on GOW. The lack of real people researching to ensure the complaint is legitimate is unacceptable to me. The past couple of weeks I have had issues with games not working and my
console telling me I need x-box live/be connected to the internet (both of which I have) to play and when I call in to get assistance the first thing I get is "Your console is banned" however when they pull up my console information they find it is indeed
not banned. I want this warning removed off my console. It is bad enough when your enforcement team does not do the proper investigating to ensure the complaint is legit, instead it has forced me to stop playing game I paid good money for and loved to play.
This is unacceptable treatment of those who spent their hard earned money to purchase the systems and games thru your company. All I get from the CRS reps is you need to reach out to enforcement, "IS THIS A JOKE"? I'm starting to doubt their is even an enforcement
team, because when you send a request for review you get the same redundant response which seems to be automated by a computer, so do you have an enforcement team or is it just a computer taking back lash on the poorly executed so call enforcement team? I am
a live, breathing human and deserve to be treated as one. I want answers and resolutions on this banned console flag that comes up when I call in for support. My console IS NOT BANNED so that message should not be coming up. I would appreciate a live human
to look into this and get back to me please.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho
