    may be an error going on in relation to your profile. Since its not recognizing that you have Xbox Live Gold enabled, then you may want to confirm your connection to Xbox Liveand then try again. Once you establish that you are connected with the network, you
    should
    remove then re-download your profile to your 360
    . This should get everything going back in the correct direction.

    I think the issue is that you are using a card if I understood correctly, from Thailand, and are trying to purchase something from the Argentinian store.

    Why are you doing this?
