Alduin's Wall Achievement not Unlocking Skyrim Special Edition

Hello, I have a question about why Alduin's Wall Achievement isn't hasn't unlocked for me. The Achievement is directly tied to the quest in Skyrim Special Edition, which I have completed. I have been unlocking achievements till now and this has been the first not to unlock when the requirements were completed. I have checked on my Xbox app on my phone and looked at my achievements on the Xbox website and both still show that I haven't completed the achievement. I do not have any Mods installed so that is also not a problem Achievements are active in this save.
