    The most important issue IS that you are shoving an ad for JIG SAW down our throats. It is alarming that a gaming "take off" of the movie SAW is going to be released soon. Yes, there are "followers" of that movie, people who enjoyed the violence, and the
    frightening ways to dismember people. I would think that Microsoft would be more aware of how desensitized our youth/adults are becoming. It is hard to fathom that anyone looks forward to seeing more ways to torture people by unbelievable methods that maximize
    fear, pain, blood and gore. Yes, it was a fright movie, my adult kids watched it, told me about it, and everyone can recall the first one that scared the **** out of them. I have read that this "game" will apparently allow people the opportunity to "mentally"
    participate in the method and depth of how a horrific mutilation of another person will occur. Just looking at the ad is unnerving and I resorted to taping paper on the screen. Microsoft, don't you read the news?? Schools are becoming more and more of
    a target for "children" to harm other children. The latest that was planned by a 14 year old boy involved guns and a MACHETE!!! Some ads just simply need to be declined due to the incredibly violent nature of the product and the money be dam***! A majority
    of kids don't know how to play normal games anymore. There are so may killing games out there that do influence the persona kids/adults have assumed when they lost their sense of reality of how to deal with people they just don't like. Please pull that ad
    and please think about that fact that children may ultimately be the majority of those who will play this game. Thank you

    16 days ago I posted to support the free coins and free tickets are not working. I know you need to watch an ad to get the free coins and tickets but the ad won't play and I keep getting purchase error. This has been happening on and off for the past number
    of years. Can you please fix this so it works right!

    :) Glad you are flying again as I am. Yes, they should be ashamed. A 40th anniversary free update is being shoved down our throats (no opt out option) in 4 days and I am sure or scared it will break us paying customers again.
