I bought Quantum Break on february 18th and I haven'r received the code for American Nightmare.

Quantum Break Preorder Codes

I have not received any codes after 10 days and was directed here by Xbox Support.

Promotion Details: Quantum Break preorder was supposed to include these game codes: Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

Date of Purchase: I purchased Quantum Break from the digital store on 4/4 by selecting an advertisement for the pre-order on the Home screen

No Quantum Break Codes

I haven't received the codes for either Quantum Break on W10 or Alan Wake/Alan Wake's American Nightmare on Xbox 360.

 

I bought Quantum Break on 2-20 and I haven't received the code for American Nightmare.

 

Thanks to Xbox Support Team on Twitter I've finally got the code.

 

I pre-ordered on the 21st 15 days ago and no code either please help.
