    Alan Wake Xbox 360 codes can not be redeemed


    Hi,

    For the last 24 hours most of the Alan Wake codes can not be redeemed. The same is on the console or on the web. Message is "Try Later" with Error on the bottom of the page.

    Codes are Global region.

    Can someone please help with this?

    i thought the 360 games were platform agnostic. no way of redeeming the code and then DLing it to the 360 after the fact??

    Alan Wake Xbox 360 codes can not be redeemed

    Codes are universal yes but the game isnt

    Meaning your account region must reflect your actual region

    You can check this at commerce.microsoft.com

    Use this if you are getting 8015017 errorsupport.xbox.com/.../error-code-80150017

    Thank you for the answer.

    But I think its not this, please check other threads from today and yesterday, this is 5th one about not able to redeem the code for ALan Wake.

    Something is wrong from Xbox/Microsoft side, can someone please make them aware of it.

    What's the specific error message you're receiving? The error will look similar to '0x00000000' or 'XBOS-0000'. That will help us a bunch!
