Alan Wake Frame rate issues-unplayable

Unfortunately there are major performance issues with this game compared to playing on 360.

The framerate was almost 100% solid 30fps on 360, but on Xbox One it feels a little lower almost constantly. That wouldn't be too bad, as it's still playable like this - but when you get into actual fights of more than 4-5 enemies it starts dipping lower.
Especially with any kind of explosion or flare/flare gun action.

When the oil derrick explodes... not only is the cutscene laggy, but running away from it is INCREDIBLY laggy.
The framerate is absolutely dreadful, clearly shown in this video.

The worst thing though, which I can't believe was "missed" when this game was approved for Backwards Compatibility... is that every single live action cutscene has playback issues.
It's very clearly juddery, as you can see in this video.

This is all on top of the visuals being so very very dark on Xbox One, crushing all of the detail in what is already a dark game.
Look at Alan's shirt especially here (Xbox One on the left, Xbox 360 on the right)

These issues are reproduceable every time, even with a full reboot, cleared cache and all. Internal or external hard drive, it doesn't matter. The emulation on this game is pretty poor. Please fix it! I dread to think what the original game will play like
when it comes later...

I have had no issues at all with the game, But I am loving playing it again.
