    Alan Wake for 360 not showing up after QB pre-order


    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on my Xbox app, and it installed just fine on my Xbox One. However, I'm not seeing Alan Wake for 360 available, either on my Xbox One console or via marketplace.xbox.com website. Looking for an assist to unlock that title. Thanks!

    Missing all pre-order bonus materials from Quantum Break

    Hello, I pre-ordered Quantum Break on XBOX ONE on Purchase Date Friday, April 01, 2016, However I never received any of the pre-order bonuses for the game.



    Missing items:

    QB for PC

    Alan Wake: American Nightmare

    • Alan Wake (base game)
    • Alan Wake “The Writer” content
    • Alan Wake “The Signal” content

    Quantum Break Pre-Order Games

    I pre-ordered the game on 4/4. However, I have not received any of the of the pre-order bonuses (no Alan Wake, Alan Wake American Nightmare, and PC code for QB). It has been more than the 10 days indicated. Should I still wait or is there anything else that
    I can do?

    Codes for that game should be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break was released (so from yesterday).

    Cool thanks, was under the impression that Alan Wake would come beforehand and PC edition of QB was later.

    problem with alan wake (pre order code quantum break)

    Hi germanc83. I pre ordered QB on 1st April. Came today and the Alan Wake codes were included in the box. American Nightmare will come 7 - 10 days after release of QB. Hope this helps.
