    Hi, I purchased a Quantum Break digital download through Amazon Prime a month ago. It said that I would receive a download code for Alan Wake from Microsoft within 7-10 but I never received it. Can I please get a download code?

    Quantum Break - Pre-Order Codes

    I don't think you understand. I have already received my code as i pre-ordered the game 19 days ago.

    I was saying the code only gave me two of the four downloads. I did NOT receive "Alan Wake" and "the Writer", but my code did allow me to download "alan wake american nightmare" and "the signal" dlc.
