Alan Wake + DLC with purchase of Quantum Break

I redeemed the pack in code from the physical version of Quantum Break for Alan Wake, however, it only gave me the main game and will not let me access the DLC. When attempting to download The Signal and The Writer, the system is prompting me to purchase
the content at full price, contrary to what is indicated on the pack in card.

update: when installing the game on xbox 1, it allowed installation of the DLC on that platform only. Still says that the content isnt owned via xbox.com or on xbox 360.

 

Same situation for me, I redeemed the single code for the game and dlc's trough xbox Webpage, but for some reason only the main game downloaded to my xbox, but not the Signal and the Writer. The system is prompting me too to purchase the contents after reedem.

 

I never received my Alan Wake token from the purchase of Quantum Break. Can you please look into this matter and kindly forward me the token for Alan Wake, thank you.

 

I'm having the same issue as well.

The game downloaded on the 360, yet shows I still need to pay for it and the DLC.
