    Alan Wake Digital Codes never sent


    I made sure to Pre-Order and even pre-download Quantum break on the xbox one and that should have given me access to W10 version of Quantum break and 4 Digital download codes... for alan wake and DLC. I never got any of the codes

    I preorder the quantum break when can I get Alan wake code

    The code for Alan Wake American Nightmare should be sent 7-10 days after your purchase. The codes for Alan Wake and the other DLC will be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break is released.

    Microsoft sent me only Alan Wake 's American Nightmare code , but I also have the right to play Alan Wake

    I bought the Quantum Break in pre sale, had not received the Alan Wake code. Microsoft sent me the Alan Wake's American Nightmare code but have not received the code from the main campaign of Alan Wake.

    Just to clarify, the only codes that have been sent out are for Alan Wake: American Nightmare. Codes for Alan Wake will be sent out 7-10 days after the release of Quantum Break. If you have not received a code for American Nightmare, be sure to let us know.
