    Hey there, I spoke with customer support this evening and directed me here. I did not pre order and don't expect the pre order bonuses. Just have yet to see the codes arrive in the message center. I saw the read first thread and just wanted to make sure

    Not received Quantum Break or Alan Wake codes

    Hello I just spoke to customer support who redirected me here, I have not yet received any QB PC or Alan Wake codes after pre-ordering Quantum Break on Xbox One

    Are you posting from the same account that you purchased the game from or did you purchase the game from a different account? Also, did you purchase from the Xbox Store or was the game purchased from a different retailer?
