Alan Wake codes

Hello,

I have now contacted MS support , and have now been directed to go here. I pre ordered Quantum Break on april 4th through xbox, and have still not received any of the codes that were suppose to be sent within 7 - 10 days of the launch of Quantum break. Any
help would be appreciated.

Quantum Break Preorder Codes

Still got no Alan Wake: American Nightmare code, as well as Alan Wake and Quantum Break Win 10 codes

 

Alan Wake American Nightmare Missing

Pre Ordered Quantum Break on March 16th. I received Alan Wake code, but never got the code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

Sorry this is not acceptable, as you have not provided us with what you said would be delivered in 7-10 days, you have even waited for us users to come to you and then admit there is issues
